Pizza Lunch
The
program will begin on Friday, September 28, 2007
and will run through Friday, June 20, 2008.
The
cost of the pizza program is as follows:
1 slice and $60.00
2 slices and $110.00
If
you would like your child to receive a slice of pizza every
Friday starting Friday, September 28
please send in a check for the full amount, made out to EC-PTA
by Friday, September 19. (Note: NO
CASH SALES FOR PIZZA)
Please
note: There will be NO refunds for missed pizza due
to any reason including, sickness, school trips, etc.
Make
checks to EC-PTA and send it back to the school
with the attached form by September
19.
We are asking parents to help serve the pizza. If you are able
to volunteer for a Friday (or two), please complete the volunteer
portion of the form.
